Dr. Cramer and everyone on his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and the results have been incredible. My case required double jaw surgery, and Dr. Cramer did an excellent job coordinating with my surgeon throughout the process. I always felt like I was in great hands, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Cramer and his team genuinely care about their patients and were always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. I can’t recommend Cramer Orthodontics highly enough. Thank you to Dr. Cramer and his entire staff for such a positive experience and for all the work you put into my case.

Dr. Cramer is THE BEST orthodontist you will find. I honestly can’t think of something he could improve. He is totally invested in every case. He is meticulous and takes extra time to make sure every patient is getting the best care possible. You can tell that he cares about the work he does - it shows in every aspect of his office. He researches every option and treatment available and is the most knowledgeable orthodontist I have ever met. He’s incredibly kind and great with adults and with my kids. And to top that off his office is my favorite office I’ve ever taken my kids to. Everyone there is helpful, happy and good at what they do. There are not many people like Dr. Cramer. You won’t regret going to see him. And I say this as a dental hygienist who has worked at/been to dozens of offices. He is everything you want in an orthodontist. Go see him!

Through the entire process of my daughter getting expanders, Dr. Cramer and everyone else in the office was thoughtful, respectful, and explained each step very clearly. We felt like she was not just a patient but a person that was important, I recommend anyone that is looking for an orthodontist to go with Cramer Orthodontics. I was very pleased with my experience in your office today. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.. Dr. Cramer was very informative concerning issues with the future expected procedures necessary to correct Gus's dental problems. I have been going here for almost a year now and I have loved it! I decided to get Invisalign and after looking around I landed here. After a few days of looking I decided why not try and see how it is and I am so glad I did. The staff is so friendly and welcoming to everyone! Dr. Cramer did an amazing job and you can tell he loves what he does. If you are in Denton and need and orthodontist I highly recommend coming here :))

Dr. Cramer and his staff were absolutely wonderful throughout my Invisalign journey. I was originally referred to him because of my bite issues and TMJ concerns, and he worked so thoroughly with me through the entire process. He truly took the time to make sure my bite was corrected properly and that my jaw issues would not continue to reoccur. I am so happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Cramer and his team! Dr. Cramer and his staff are wonderful. He always takes the time to answer questions and makes sure my daughter is comfortable. She’s thrilled to have her braces off now but said she will miss seeing them. Great experience!
